Job Description

·         Lead role in the project implementation, work as system integrator.

·         Lead in designing, specifying and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.

• Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives and conduct product recommendations related to design components, software engineering, platform and network configurations.

·         Cooperation on the collection and analysis of business development requirements.

·         Analyze and identify high-level system requirements. Acting as the bridge between Enterprise architecture and Applications architecture.

• Perform closely with Enterprise Architect within Architecture Services team to assure constant compliance of customer blueprints and architecture.
• Design and implement solutions on cloud using hybrids architectures.
• Enforce design discipline across projects to leverage industry components and enforce deep evaluation of architectural designs.
• Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.

·         Building and using tools and processes, responsible for deep understanding and delivery of products and services.

·         Support the project team throughout development phases including design, implementation, integration, and testing.

• Perform system and network modeling, analysis and planning to implement a solution that will meet business needs within financial budget guidelines.

·         Prepare and develop system architecture documentation, components model, and interface specifications.

·         Architect will be member of a multidisciplinary agile development team.

Requirements

·         Advanced level of English (written and spoken, English on daily basis);

• At least 5 years of experience in architecture;
• 3 years of experience in Architecture and Technical Design including proven experience with Cloud, Mobile concepts;

• Experience with troubleshooting, supporting, and augmenting existing client solutions;

• Ability to work on a number of different activity streams concurrently;

·         Working experience within globally distributed multi-cultural teams and cross-region projects;

• Excellent communication and great presentation skills.

Technical Requirements

·         Good knowledge of IT applications and architecture principles.

·         Hands on experience of solution architecture at large IT projects, must be able to demonstrate experience designing and implementing large-scale high transactional, resilient architectures.

·         Experience with business analysis, DevOps, project implementation and system integration.

·         Hands on experience working with legacy code and reducing technical debt through iterative development.

·         Experience of contemporary development best practices including Continuous Integration, TDD and Automation.

·         Experience with projects like: front-end, .NET (Java), middleware.

·         Familiar with Agile/XP/Scrum Methodologies.
